Detailed Itinerary
Day 1, Fri: Depart hometown
Travel across the Pacific aboard one of our selected airlines.
Day 2, Sat: Arrive Bangkok
Upon arrival at Bangkok International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer in comfort to your hotel.

Day 3, Sun: Bangkok – meals: (B)
Morning sightseeing, the diversity of Bangkok comes to like on today’s tour of its vibrant business district and a selection of the city’s finest temples: the wondrous temple of the Golden Buddha; the Temple of the Reclining Buddha and the elegant Marble Temple.
Day 4, Mon: Bangkok / Chiang Mai / Pin – meals: (B,L,D)
Fly to Chiang Mai via TG102 (airfare are not included. Your tour begins at approx. 10.00 a.m. today from Chiang Mai. Meet at Chiang Mai Airport and drive to Pai, a small district of Mae Hong Son Province, embraced by rolling mountains and enveloped in peaceful and charming natural surroundings. Take a short rest or a massage (own expenses) at the resort. Late afternoon, explore the beauty & charms of Pai. Visit to some of the Burmese style temples i.e. Wat Phra That Mae Yen, located on a hill from where you can overlook the whole Pai, Wat Nam Hu, contains a sacred Chiang Saen Buddha image. Afterwards, visit Pai Night Market, the highlight of visiting to Pai. Pai Night Market.

Day 5, Tue: Pin / Mae Hong Sorn (Long Neck Karen Village) / Pin – meals: (B,L,D)
A full day excursion to enjoy the picturesque landscape of Mae Hong Sorn, with its surrounding mist shrouded mountains. You will experience an unforgettable ride through the jungle on elephant back! We will drive into the countryside in “pick-up” vans which can negotiate narrow roads. A ride through the jungle will bring you to one of the most colourful hill tribe villages, home to the Long Neck Karens.
Day 6, Wed: Pin / Chiang Mai – meals: (B,L,D)
After breakfast, early drive from Pai to Chiang Dao Elephant Camp. In an unspoiled setting, marvel at these colossal beasts of burden performing amazing feats of strength and skill, at the command of their ‘mahouts’. Drive back to Chiang Mai, with a stop at an Orchid and Butterfly Farm in Mae Sa. Afternoon, at your leisure. Enjoy an evening out by having traditional Khantoke Dinner, see Northern Thai. Folk dancing and performances of different hilltribes, in their natural, colourful costumes; each tribe differs in costumes, dialects and superstitions.

Day 7, Thu: Chiang Mai – meals: (B,L,D)
A full day to enjoy the delights of Chiang Mai and in the morning climb 290 steps to the hill top Doi suthep which offers spectacular views of the Chian Mai area. Afternoon, continues to the district of Sankampaeng, home to Chiang Mai’s famous cottage industries. Watch how artisans continue to make their products by hand such as silk fabrics, multi-coloured umbrellas, Thai celadon, Woodcarvers and lacquerware.
Day 8, Fri: Chiang Mai/Golden Triangle – meals: (B,L,D)
Drive north towards Chiang Rai through splendid mountain scenery and tropical jungle. On the way, we stop at Mae Ka Chan, famous for a hot spring. After lunch, visit several villages and visit the Yao Hill tribe villages.

Day 9, Sat: Golden Triangle/Mae Sai – meals: (B,L,D)
Drive to Mae Sai, Thailand’s northernmost town on the Burma border. You can watch Thai and Burmese people walking across the bridge separating the two countries. Next visit will be to Chiang Saen, where evidence of the original 13th century city can still be seen. We will enjoy this lovely setting on the banks of the Mekong River; a tranquil spot with charming old temples and finely carved figurines.After lunch, visit to the heart of the renowned Golden Triangle where the Ruak and Mekong Rivers meet.
Day 10, Sun: Chiang Rai / Bangkok (B)
A short flight returns to Bangkok. Afternoon is free to catch up with last minute shopping.

Day 11, Mon: Bangkok / Hometown (B)
Transfer to Bangkok International Airport for departure.
